Today I was able to spend Father's Day with my dad before heading back home to Atlanta. I'm not really a gushy, sentimental person, but I will just say that he is a wonderful father who has always worked hard and made sacrifices to provide for his family, and I am very thankful for that. He's a wonderful guy, and I am fortunate to have him for a dad. I'm glad we were able to spend some time together over the past few days.After lunch, Darryl and I headed home. While I enjoyed spending some time with my family over the past few days, I admit it will feel good to sleep in my own bed tonight.
