Seriously, Santa?

I was lurking on an "Atlanta" board on babycenter.com, and I couldn't believe this...

Apparently, for the opportunity to sit on Santa's lap at Phipp's Plaza, you have to book an appointment.

Wow. Something tells me that Charlie Brown would hate this. :)

Santa note to new mom: The Santa at Lenox is the bomb...and no appointment. (Miss Mac has been every year but one...big mistake...and he remembers her name. Of course, what other child asked for a dictionary and a set of encyclopedias in one year?) Think this may be our last year. Maybe I will sit on his lap next year. Go early...9:30 a.m. on a Sunday morning...you won't wait longer than 15, 20 min.
Hang in, girl...not much longer!
Hugs!

I'm all about Santa, too. I was afraid of Santa, though, when I was a kid...I never wanted to sit in his lap, but I absolutely loved the concept of Santa bringing gifts!

I'm hoping my child isn't terrified of him the way I was. I want some cute Santa pictures!
