Halftime Photo Session

Here's Amelia showing off her LSU cheerleading suit. (Forgive the milk/spit bubble--it's not very easy posing an almost-3-weeks-old baby for a picture.)

I think this one shows her frustration with how the Tigers have played so far in the game. I think she's saying, "What are you DOING??"

Cute.
Hey, as an LSU fan, would you want Saban back?

Hmmm...I'm not sure.

I really don't like Miles, and it looks like he's staying (unfortunately).

I like Saban. Many LSU fans were upset with him for leaving the pros for Alabama, but I can't really fault the guy for trying the pros only to realize his true love was coaching college ball.

HOWEVER, I really want LSU to get someone who wants to stay there for a while and build a program, and I don't know if Saban is that guy. I don't think Miles is that guy, either.

I'm not sure if that answers your question. I guess the bottom line is that there isn't a clear-cut answer.

(I have to confess that I had to consult Darryl before answering your question--I needed someone more "informed" to give me the pros and cons...You know, as an English teacher, I must give credit to my source--haha.)

She's precious, but she'd be really cute in some Red and Black!

And, if you haven't been able to tell so far, I pull for LSU's opponent every week (even when that opponent is equally gross Tennessee).

How are we friends, Tim? (Consider my hatred for Georgia right on par with yours for LSU...I pull for Georgia's opponents...even gross Florida!)

Talk to me in 18 years when Amelia is waiting her letter of acceptance from Athens. :)

Well, in the words of our lunch buddy Ms. D..."Oh, horror!"

Oh, Darryl the proud and bragging father adds that Athens "will be begging for Amelia." :)

GEAUX TIGERS!! LOVE the outfit (and loved the outcome of the game too!!) I have to say- it wasn't much fun being the "house divided" yesterday, but I'm SO glad LSU won!! I get to pick the next movie AND Rob has to wear a purple shirt to work tomorrow!!

Jess! So glad to hear from you. We'll have to talk soon.

I'm glad you at least put some kind of wager on the game. Make sure the movie you pick is something REALLY girly for him to see. :)
