Well, I faced the music and updated my weight loss ticker.
I'm sad. Basically between all the post-funeral food and the cupcakes, I've gained six pounds.
Here are my resolutions for this week:
1--Walk at least four mornings this week.
2--Eat just a couple of snacks--preferably fruit or at least something lower than 100 calories.
3--Eat a light breakfast and lunch.
So I guess my shorts being tighter wasn't just my imagination. Sigh.

Sounds like you have a good plan! I'm proud of you for getting right back on the wagon. (You look great as you are, but it's good to stay ahead of the game.) I finally dug out my old WW stuff. I figure my recent health stuff is my wake-up call. Oh, for the days when I could see my reflection in the microwave & not groan! :)
I feel your pain. Seriously. This moving stress has me emotionally eating and stuff. Ugh.
