That time I didn't blog for two months with no explanation...

I'm sorry I abruptly dropped out of the blogosphere like that. (Especially when I was on a roll...well, for a week, anyway.)

Shortly after that last burst of blog posts, life got a bit hectic.

In other words, I don't know what I did wrong, but in my attempts to "stagger" work that was turned in by my comp classes and my lit class, I somehow managed to get myself on a neverending cycle of grading.

Seriously. I was swimming in papers.

And when I had free time, the last thing I felt like doing was writing. Instead, I preferred to play with Amelia, sleep, or catch up on TV shows.

I don't even want to think about the exerted effort I put into finishing up paper grading before Spring Break. I REFUSED to have papers to grade over the break. Lots of late-night grading. Lots of coffee.

I do not get any essays to grade until Wednesday the 24th. In that window of time, I promise to fill in the 2-month gap.

But not tonight. :-P
